Nebenote is provided as an early beta macOS application. By downloading or using it, you accept these terms.

Beta software

Nebenote is experimental. It may contain bugs, crash, lose unsaved state, change file behavior, or stop working. Do not use it as the only copy of important notes.

Your files

Nebenote is designed to write local markdown files on your Mac. You are responsible for choosing where files are stored, checking that they are saved correctly, and keeping backups.

No warranty

The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. No guarantee is made that the app will be reliable, secure, compatible with your system, or fit for a specific purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the maker of Nebenote is not liable for data loss, lost work, device issues, business interruption, or other damages related to using or being unable to use the app.

Updates and changes

The app, website, download links, and these terms may change at any time. Beta builds may not remain available.
